pjd consulting was set up to support investors and their C-level teams to accelerate growth, either by providing specialist resource to drive strategic initiatives, supplying executive interim support in the absence of internal resource or by acting as an advisor and coach to the C-level and their first line.
pjd consulting is run by Phil Doyle, a senior executive with over 30 years of experience working globally with large multinationals including Bosch, Axis Communications, BauWatch, Nortel Networks, Fluke and Thales. He has taken this experience and applied it successfully to small- and mid-sized organisations looking to scale their business.
Phil is based in the Netherlands and has lived in the UK, France and Germany, working with teams and clients globally.
Phil has spent over 20 years working within the security industry in a range of executive positions including general management, Chief Business Officer, VP of Product Management, VP IoT and regional director. His specialist area is video surveillance, including temporary video surveillance and VSaaS. Currently living in the Netherlands, Phil works with companies looking to expand their operations across Europe but also into the US and other markets. He also enjoys coaching first-time MDs and leaders.
